Wills and Trusts

From the initial information gathering stage to the creation of appropriate planning vehicles to the funding of trusts, we will guide clients through every detail of their estate plan.  We are also there to help families through the process of estate and trust administration when a loved one passes away.

Long Term Care Planning

When someone needs nursing home care, there are a lot of questions and concerns about cost of care and whether it is possible to protect assets, including the home.  We have the answers and will assist clients with the appropriate trusts to protect and preserve their hard earned savings.

Estate Tax Planning

The estate tax can be overwhelming and difficult to understand.  With proper planning, both Federal and State estate tax can be substantially minimized or eliminated. We will explain the estate tax in plain English and determine how it will affect each client's situation.

Business Succession

Business owners often neglect their most valuable asset in preparing for the disposition of their estate - the business.  The family business or any closely held business entity should be considered and incorporated into the plan to ensure continued success and growth.  We assist clients with the tax and non-tax tools to make the business thrive into the future.
